I teach mathematics and statistics at Wake Technical CC. I currently am PI for the NSF ATE grant "Connecting Industry to Mathematics Instruction" or CIMI for short. This grant is a collaboration between WTCC, WCPSS, and WakeEd and we are creating industry inspired math lessons for NC MATH4 and WTCC Math 121 and 110. These lessons apply the Launch, Explore, Discuss Pedagogy. For additional fun, I enjoy refereeing soccer, camping/hiking, brewing, and playing guitar :)
